I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience I had with my recent order placed late երեկ երեկ evening via UberEats from McDonald’s Dobsonville. The order I placed and paid for online included the following items: Big Mac McFeast (Spicy) Medium Vanilla Milkshake Regular Fries However, upon delivery, I received an incorrect and incomplete order: The Medium Vanilla Milkshake was completely missing. The McFeast that was supposed to be Spicy was not spicy at all and appeared to have been prepared incorrectly, containing only tomato sauce and lacking the expected ingredients. This experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied, as I did not receive what I paid for. I immediately attempted to resolve the issue through the UberEats support system, but unfortunately, I did not receive any meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, when I attempted to follow up today, I was informed that my case had already been marked as “resolved,” despite the issue remaining unresolved and no compensation or corrective action having been provided. This handling of the situation is unacceptable.
