DAYLIGHT ******* BY Ubereats

Placed an order for R304, when the driver was on the way I sent him a gate code & flatnumber (which was also in my delivery address description). When the driver was close I tried calling no response, but anyway he read the messages so it’s fine.

Basically the driver stood wherever he stood, never arrived & claimed that he waited for me for 8 minutes. My question to Ubereats was, what was he waiting for when he has all the details? mind you he didn’t even enter the gate as I get a notification for that. I sent them my communication to driver & the calls I tried to make & they were not able to provide nothing that is claimed by the driver, yet I was not refunded.

Ubereats is full of sh*t and have drivers that are a bunch of *******!!
