Daylight ******* by UBER Eats!

I placed an order using the uber eats app for pizza at debonairs,the order vanished from the app but my money was deducted from my bank account. The service is appalling and there is no support whatsoever,no email,no contact number nothing. I can't even get a refund because the order does not show on their ****** app!!!!
