You guys together with an uber driver have ****** me of R241.73 !!! on August 3rd, 2025, I placed an order for pizza from Romans Pizza Ballito, the order had a pin associated for my safety. The uber driver allocated to my orders number was firstly not his ! when I called the line it was either not being answered or being answered by a lady . I sent the driver several texts in the app as he was not at the drop off location after an hour my order was stated as delivered in the app, immediately complained and your bot stated he charges was correct!!!!! How when I didn’t have my order ! I then put in several complaints and on August 6thi was advised id receive my refund in 3-5 business days . surprise surprise I STILL DON’T HAVE MY REFUND . I then decided to follow up on the app and I was told I wont be receiving it . I WANT MY MONEY TODAY. Please kindly find attached supporting screenshots . your response would be greatly appreciated
