Horrible app with even worse customer service.A delivery driver stole my food , something that happens often with this app, and because he uploaded a picture of my food on the side of the road and hit the delivered button , uber eats refuses to give me a refund. I laid a complaint and even emailed the customer services line with no response. UberEats is now resorting to literally ****ming to make profits. Delivery drivers have been and will continuously ***** food and get away with it because uber eats does not care at all about its customers
