Daylight *******

Having won an Uber eats voucher for a competition I thought I would test their grocery delivery as I had never used it before. The shopping process was flawless, delivery too. The payment section however was daylight *******. The voucher did not go through and the full cash amount which I would have never spent on Uber eats was taken out of my account. And instead of refunding me they gave me the voucher back. So my cash was gone. Okay, thought I have this credit I'll try again. And now the voucher won't work again and it wants to take funds in full from my account once again. Uber eats is literally losing a customer. They have no remorse, and have ****** my cash. This is unacceptable.
