Day light *******

I placed an order at 10:03 for McDonalds past 11:00 I log an enquiry for my order update. Response I receive ''the order is complete and not refundable as driver followed protocol''. Utter nonsense. I do not have a miss call on my phone alerting me of a delivery. Our office is all glass windows infront of our parkade very visible. There was absolutely no delivery that waited for 8-10min as I am told. I paid for an order that I never received. With no support or genuine feedback. And still, I am asking for delivery of my food or simply refund me. This is the second time I am ****** from uber eats. In August I placed an order with Burger King and the order was received incorrect and incomplete, again I log an enquiry and to this day NO FEEDBACK.
