Damaged Order with no full refund

I have placed an order via UberEats for an order from Mac Donalds. I received the order late and the order was damaged. It was 3 big mac meals, 2 mac flurries, and 1 bbq mac deluxe meal. The food arrived late and too make it worse, the food was soaked of coke and water. the burger rolls were wet, the ice cream had water and coke mixed in it and the chips were cold. The packaging was wet cardboard. The Total of the order is R238.90 however Uber Eats says they will only give back R188.90. I have attached images on the complaint with Uber Eats but that still wasnt good enough as they mentioned that they cannot compensate for the damage of the food.
