Damaged Food! ZERO feedback for 20+ hours

I ordered a Pizza from Del Fornos which was delivered by the driver, the Pizza was damaged and looked like an abomination with toppings hanging off the sides of the box, clearly other items were thrown on top of the box and the box was thrown around during transit however the driver still wanted me to take the delivery.

I refused the delivery and asked him to take it as I would not be accepting it and was told he will go sort it out and get in contact with me.

I received no contact and have also logged a complaint on the Uber Eats last night which I have still yet to receive any feedback from them. The complaint has a photo attached to show how the pizza was delivered.

If this is how your drivers treat your clients, its best to not order from this app since there is no plan in place should things like this go wrong.

So far I have payed for a pizza that was not accepted and in all fairness this driver deserved no tip at all.
