Damaged food on delivery, very upset

Damaged food, on delivery by Suke Juslain and i get credited R10 on my complaint after paying R109. 90 for my meal, I want this Suke guy to pay for my food that he deliberately handled carelessly, I couldn't eat that food, with the thought that it could have fallen on the ground.
