Customer support not helping

I never had a problem with uber eats until now. A driver reported that I didn’t make payment yet i paid the driver full amount, when i reported the issue they are telling me that they have cleared the account out of goodwill , I must make sure I make full payment next time. Clearly they did not pay attention to my complaint. Because of their ignorance the same driver will do the same thing to another customer
