Ordered food on Saturday, driver when the wrong direction, tried calling and wrong of the driver on the app, chat the driver and he cancelled my order, and I didn’t get my food and my account charged.

I emailed uber eats and they response was they understand this is not the outcome i was hoping for but unfortunately, they are unable to refund me for the order in question.
