Customer service can't read

After contacting uber eats due to a promo code that did not apply. The person keeps on telling me that the code had expired and that I should ensure that the codes has not expired. After asking them to check the screenshot that clearly shows I was within the expiration date. They just keep on telling me I was wrong. Will never use uber eats again. The customer support is clearly not competent.
