Customer Service and how they handle complaints is PATHETIC !!!!!!!!! After been an extremely loyal customer for years I will never use them again. After ordering a relatively expensive restaurant, the delivery driver of UberEats had to make a stop along the way which was in fact a stop in the opposite direction. This is becoming a regular occurrence for UberEats allowing them to significantly reduced costs at the expensive of the customer. I was a massive supporter of UberEats, I can spend up to R1000 a time. BUT NEVER AGAIN.
