Cruelty by Uber drivers

I ordered veggies the driver stood somewhere else and only came by the security gate where I work to make a turn saying that he doesn't think he got the right address, he needs to go back and confirm then come back. I reported a lady called and said she will ask the driver to come back and that never happened, the driver didn't come back and she also did not call me back 😒. So I wasted R379 because I received nothing.
