Credit card *****

My accounted was debited twice with the same amount at different times yesterday (21/06/2024), when I queried this amount I was told it was a hold and the money would be returned to my account. More than 12 hours later my money has not been returned instead they have debited a third amount from my card and contact support is no longer responding to me.
