Credit back request

My wife ordered through the app with specific instructions of meet at the door. The driver arrived and only sent texts with no phone call made as per request when she arrives. She did not call and marked the order as delivered. Mind you this is a R311 order and uber refuses to refund us or credit the account because she allegedly waited 8 minutes WITHOUT CALLING TO TELL US SHE HAS ARRIVED.
