Convenient Service delivery is no longer convenient

Uber is no longer convenient and has become a terrible service. No matter what order we place, we wait over an our for the driver to be on the way, mostly because they are either waiting for other people's orders or delivering other orders, even when paying an extra charge to priority do we wait a ridiculous amount of time just to be greeted with cold food. When complaining to customer services about it, all you get is a generic response that they have reviewed it and find no fault from their side. Paying for a service to take away collecting food yourself and save time that just takes longer to deliver and get below par quality has shown to me that collecting food yourself is the cheaper and more convenient option.
