Contaminated order that they wont refund or help with

Ordered food and a few minutes after it was delivered I noticed the bottom of the pack was wet and packaging torn and soaked into ****ins. I am not eating it and want them to redo the order... instead what I find is that there is no support phone number and their help in their app says its not even eligible for a refund. Their website for South Africa does not appear to offer any way to even talk to a human. The liquid definitely did not come from my house as only I am home at this time.
