My food order never arrived and yet the app said delivery completed. Basically the driver didn't bother coming and yet they took my tip and order money. Driver didn't respond to my messages. After several messages I sent to uber eats then they only refund the order cost without my tip money. It's been over a month and I still don't have my tip back. This is really *****ing it up for other drivers as I will never tip again if I use this app further.

05 Sept 2021, 13:02Such a big company with so many customers, I don't understand why don't they send an alternative driver when one driver never delivers your food. Or at least have the decency to ak whether you want a refund or you want a replacement order in the same day. Very nonsensical.
