Consumed food

I ordered a meal at McDonald's Cape Road Port Elizabeth via uber eats. I have pictures where my order of the chips and the orange juice is half. I literally got half the chips and half the juice???? I looked like someone consumed some of my food. I don't know if it's the driver's or the restaurant
