Congratulations on your inconsistent service

Good afternoon Uber eats, I would love to congratulate you on a terrible service offered to the public, I have had the honourable pleasure of waiting an hour and a half for a burrito from Kauai bryanston which is a 8minute drive away. I called Kauai to find out why the app indicates the driver has picked up the meal and I’ve had to wait for so long. Not all your patrons have the pleasure of having a two hour lunch break, I have lost time and patience with the app and would love to find out what it is that you can sincerely offer for not once but twice for inconveniencing me and yet uber eats is glad to take my money.
