Placed an order KFC order number 52007 on Thursday 12SEPTEMBER 2024 and the delivery guy he has arrived went down to collect my order there was only 1 delivery guy and he was there for someone else and asked this guy where is he because am here by the reception his not here he said his outside next to the building well went out saw a guy with a parcel KFC and he was leaving already asked if his here for Vuyolwethu because I place order using my friends phone he said no and he left but when I check on the app he uploaded the pictures there's a chairs outside the building so he took this picture on these chairs and said he has been waiting for 8minutes but I have been waiting for him when he said his 4minutes .we sent through complaint via email on ubbereats support they responded that they won't refund my money because their driver was waiting for 8 minutes which is the lie. Meaning that's what they are always doing to customer's they are robbing us our hard earned money I will even post this on Facebook so that people can see that ubberEts it's a ****
