Complaint- Uber eats was paid but did not delver my food.

I herewith wish to complain about Uber eats. I won a voucher when i upgrade my MTN contract in December 2019. I loaded the voucher on uber. I used it to travel home once. The second time I ordered food from Mochachos via the uber eats app. Because i had cash on the voucher it was subtracted from this order. Which meant that I needed to pay about R30 as the rest would be taken from my vocuher. When i asked the driver he said he already delivered all his orders. He told me that i should reorder the food. He was rude and obnoxious. He knew very well he gave my order to someone else. I went onto the app and complained. Until today no apology. No refund! Uber eats is useless. I have has several problems with them before. But i always believed in second chances. I will never use them again or refer people to use them them to anyone. I want my money refunded or my order back. Uber, the driver messed up and no one is taking responsibility.
