Complaint - Uber Eats

I never received a food order that I placed through Uber Easts that cost R470. The driver never tried to contact me and he noted on the Uber App that the food was delivered and took a picture of the food package outside an address that what not my address. I reported this through the App and they responded stating they can't refund me because the driver could not contact me. However I received no calls or messages from the Uber Eats driver. I responded to Uber stating I want proof that the driver tried to contact me and told them he delivered to the wrong address as the picture he took was not of my Estate/Home. Now I am just being ignored By Uber Eats. You cannot contact them by telephone or email. You can only send messages in the App which is extremelty frustrating. I will never use them again. R470 wasted!
