Complaint. Financially affected
My order was cancelled and I was charged. They emailed me saying they won’t be able to refund me as I reported late whereas I have been trying to call them written on their chat no response was given. I don’t want their services any more I want my money back as they have failed me as a customer and now they are blaming me for it
