Complaint - Double Charge

On the 18th Dec I placed an order on the ubereats app. The driver arrived with my delivery. I paid him in cash R200 this included a tip as well. On the 23rd Dec my bank account was debited. I have been sending messages back and forth on the ubereats app, to which i have had no resolution. I would like my money refunded as I was charged twice. Once in cash and once on my card.
