Complaint about Uber Eats

Hi guys. I had a shocking experience with Uber Eats today. Placed an order for a McDonald's share meal worth R230.00 from the Ormonde franchise in Johannesburg South. Was told the order was 15 minutes away, and after waiting for over an hour I checked the receipt. It said the order was delivered, and this obviously never happened. I checked my phone for any missed calls and nothing there. The delivery person on the receipt is someone called Abushiru. I was charged for the food I never received and I'm very angry. I want my money!
