My wife oreder McDonald's meals for myself and friend in the morning. Order Number: #36DA8 Delivery person: Joshua Mobile: ZX85NJGP Amount of goods: R228.79 Tip: R20.80 The driver was lost and hardly communicated his whereabouts. He also marked the order as delivered. That is an act of dishonesty. This was for my birthday and was spoiled by Joshua and he was nowhere to be found. I then went to check at the McDonald's store in Swapo Road where the order was initiated. I was told that this is a third-party issue. And they are not liable for my dissatisfaction. I must take it up with Uber eats.
