Complaint

I'm so unhappy..I hardly post on this kind of platform negative feedback but I feel like I have to . I had an issue with uber Eats and I queried it and never got feedback. Their driver never arrived and I now must pay for that while I tried everything possible to communicate and direct the guy ..he sounded very lost and sounded like a foreign guy..I was very patient while I was on my lunch break .

I sent the below to them ..not that it will bother them .. "I really fail to understand when it comes to the outstanding payment on my account and I queried this not once a while back..I remember this driver very well it was a foreign guy ..I even got out of my work place and waited outside for a long time ..I kept on calling and I couldn't understand how it can be difficult to find the address in Vincent even after I tried to direct him even further he didn't pitch .It's not the first time something similar to this happen ..the other order was an card payment and I never got the food I paid for ,it was KFC with a mash I can still remember. Im unhappy about this and I'm considering trying to seek help with hello Peter because I never got the food I paid for . I even how to track the driver and wait for them .. why this particular driver ?"
