Complaint

I have had such a horrible experience with UberEats, on the 26th of March I ordered from pedros via UberEats, I received the code to get my order however when the order was about to arrive I went out to receive it but the delivery guy was not there, he did not send a text or even call to say he is outside. I called the store I ordered from they told me there’s nothing they can do, I contacted the driver and UberEats itself to ask for a refund but I never received any response.
