Complaint

Twice i have ordered food from Ubereats this week and both times we did not receive the parcels. When I queried this with Ubereats and they said their drivers did not do anything, the fault was on our side. We went to the security to confirm if the uber indeed come and both times they confirmed that no delivery came. We use online for all kinds of orders but Ubereats and their drivers seem to have a problem and this is our money that they are wasting
