Complain regarding McDonald's and Ubereats driver

I ordered a Meal at Mc Donald's Malibongwe drive in Randburg, the driver forgot my juice and I returned him with the food so that he can come back with fresh food together with the juice as I was not going to eat food without a drink and I was not going to take the food only as it was gonna be cold while waiting for the juice to arrive... I spoke to a rude Given from McDonald's who told me it's not his problem that the driver forgot the drink. He then hang up the phone on me . I still have not received my food. Ubereats only refunded me the R9 for the juice..
