Complain

We ordered food at Nandos Meyersdal via Uber Eats the driver was drunk and he went to the wrong address after that he claimed that he was at my gate. Subsequently when I tried to direct him via the app text he said to me that he doesn't have time to wait for me and admonished me to respect people's time because he is running a business. He took a picture of my food on the ground wherever he was and claimed that he delivered. We went to Nandos and they were very helpful to trace him, when they phoned him to bring the food to the shop he said he is too busy he will come whenever he gets time. He made us wait for the whole 2 hours before he can bring the food that he claim that he delivered. They told him to apologize he said he will never apologize to a woman.

I'm very disappointed!!!
