Complain

Greetings I ordered a pizza on Friday the 18th of October 2024 from Pizza Hut farramere via uber eats,I was on way from work the delivery guy told me he has arrived,I called my kids to tell them to get the pizza and when they went out the guy was not there,he sent a message saying he has left I,now I received an email from uber eat saying the guy couldn’t get hold of me and he waited 8 minutes which is a lie,now they keep on trying to debit money from my account every day for something I didn’t receive,is this how they treat customers am not happy at all they should check their facts before they lie, they are now messing up my bank account.
