Complain about ubber eats

I placed an order from ubber eats ...When the driver have to deliver my order he said he lost the direction ohk ,i ask him to take my order back to the restaurants then he refused ,he text me letting me know that he will left my order with a security ,i asked him again n politely can you please take back my order to the restaurants , after some few minute i get some pictures on my ubber eats showing that the driver drop my order on the streets ....i pay the order using my bank card ,spend R433 ...petty i didn't even get the order ,my money went down the drain ,ubber eats is failling us

I received rendom calls from call cetre claiming to assist me ,only to find out ubber eats its deducting my money from my bank account , im really shattered ,defeated
