Complain

This guys are unfortunately bad service this evening.

I placed and order for 2 separate meals at the same time one arrive and the other did not.

The track number and drivers details are there but no help.

Contacted they help portal and a guy name Haris was cheating his a doos if u ask me as he had no idea of what his doing the guns where debited of my Visa card and he says no it did not then he wanted to cancel the order ect unacceptable behavior.

2 hours later and still no meal.

My point it they need to up they service and help line staff
