Complain

I ordered on the 19th March I paid driver cash then when I wanna order on 26 March the driver marked I didn't pay my order before ordering they deduct R153.52 on my account meaning I paid 1 order twice then I ordered on 26 March order was R80 I waited for driver more than 5 hours until he texted that he got crushed on the road even today not yet got my refund which means I paid what I've not eaten
