Good day, On 02/10/2024, I placed a takeaway order at Burger King Rivonia for R116.40. I have been charged an additional order that I did not order costing R96.40, which was an old dated order from 01/03/2023. However, I only received one order for a WHOPPER WITH CHEESE. I'm concerned about being overcharged for an order I didn't receive. The invoice number is FGCJJEFI-***, and the invoice date is 1 Mar 2023. I kindly request that the overcharged amount of R96.40 be refunded to my account as soon as possible, as I did not authorize this payment. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have to cancel my banking card and refrain from placing any further orders through Uber Eats.
