Cold Food, Spilled Drinks, and No Support – Uber Eats Ignored My Case

I placed an order through Uber Eats and received a completely cold meal. The buns and chips were stale, and both drinks had spilled inside the bag. The food was basically ruined and unsafe to eat.

I reported the issue right away through the app, and despite explaining everything clearly and asking for escalation, I was met with the same copy-paste response multiple times. No one bothered to properly look into the matter or provide a refund.

As a loyal customer who rarely complains, this level of service is extremely disappointing. I’ve attached a photo showing the state of the order (if applicable), and I hope this public review will finally get the attention and action that Uber support failed to provide.
