Cinnabuns and Mini Donuts on UberEats - THE HORROR

Ordered some Cinnabuns and Mini Donuts via UberEats at a shop called Doughnut & Bun Factory. The order that came through resembled nothing like what’s on the menu. I bake and I know very well what these buns and donuts are supposed to look like. They were mixed but the source was all over them, the chocolate topping all over the buns and sprinkles everywhere. It was like a raw vetkoek without the outer crust.

Even though it was a delivery order, I drove to the shop to return them and let them know I was unhappy with the quality. No apology, no trying to find out what’s wrong, just a pure dismissal and “go log a complaint with UberEats”. Wish I could post the photos of the horror.
