Cheating us out of refunds!!!!!!

I placed an order in the 7th of june just after 9pm. Few minutes later the delivery driver contacted me saying that another driver had picked up my order. He then asked me to cancel my order as it would continuously rotate around available drivers. I cancelled the order, contacted their support platform and was told that the charge in my account was a temporary hold and should be returned to my account within 10 business days. It’s now almost 14 business days and still nothing. I contacted them and was told that unfortunately I cannot get a refund as 48 hours have passed since the event. The merchant has been paid. So they lie to clients and tell you to wait for 10 business days only to void your refund if you enquire again citing that the complaint validity period has expired. Rather we support other delivery services.I want my refund, the order was huge! and they must compensate for stretching budget, I had to use other funds meant for other things to make another order !!!
