Cheated out of refund for cancelation under a minute of order and cancelation

I was cheated out of a refund by Uber eats. I made an order and within a minute l cancelled my order after realizing that l had input a wrong address. I sent proof of he payment and proof of cancelation which was under a minute apart. I had no option to change the address. Debonairs walmer pocketed my money and could not help me even after l had explained. Within a minute they could not have made the pizza. The night manager on the 21st of March said he saw the cancelation and confirmed that they had not even made the pizza and advised me to contact Uber eats. I have sent three emails to Uber eats and they have refused to refund me even with proof of purchase and proof cancelation which was done under a minute. Please help me to get my money back which is a lot of money for a single mother to lose.

I have proof of cancelation and charge. Which l presented via email. This is cheating and *****.

All l want is my money and l will never use their app again
