***** Charges on Bank Account

Someone used my banking details and charged R2 232.70 to my card. Uber keeps telling me that during their investigation they have discovered a link between my account and the account on which the order was placed (account in the name of Precious Boitumelo) and that I should follow up on this incident with friends or family who may have access to my bank card details or that I should contact the person to resolve the issue. I DON'T KNOW THIS PERSON! They refuse to provide any details as to how Precious Boitumelo's uber account was linked to my bank account without app verification or an OTP. I will be sending all their communication to the bank's ***** unit and the police! What a **** these people are running helping ********s ***** from you and refusing to take responsibility for how they allowed a person to load banking details on an account without verification.
