Charged without food

Good evening

I’m so hurt and hungry. The delivery person arrived, and gave me the food(burger and chips), only to find out that the drink is damaged and has been leaking all the way. I then checked if there is no damage for burger and chips and they were fine. I asked him what do we do now and he said he is contacting uber people. Moments later, he told me that they say he should cancel the order and i am going to get a refund. I asked if can’t i get refund for the drink only, he said no. I have him all of the food and moments after he left, i was charged for the order including the delivery. May I please have my money back, I can’t be broke, inconvenienced and hungry. You know what makes me angry even more? I wrote on the app that if you have another stop along the way, ignore my order because I always get damaged and cold food because of that. He never bothered to follow the instructions . On top of that, Uber Eats has put too many restrictions on us, it’s not easy to get help nowadays. Not even their phone is going through. All I want is my money back into my account
