Charged twice for the same order

Yesterday I ordered food through Uber Eats from Mochachis in Polokwane. I was charged twice for the same order as I only placed one order for a total of R208.72. There are two seperate messages from my banking showing that there are 2 deductions of R208.72. Now they tell me it is an authirisation for a reserved payment and it will only be back in my account in the next 3-5 days. This is totally unacceptable.
