Charged twice for the same meal

I cancelled an Uber Eats order within one minute of placing it due to selecting the wrong address. No food was prepared, no courier was assigned, and no service was delivered. I immediately reordered from the same restaurant.

Uber is refusing the refund claiming "preparation started," which is impossible within 60 seconds. I have been charged twice for one meal. I am requesting Uber Eats SA to review timestamps and refund the incorrect charge.
