Charged twice for same order

The worst experience ever. I ordered nappies from Game R249. They charged me twice for the same order. ImThey picked up that one of the two R249s were voided. I am from pillar to post with my bank and them trying to get my money back!! How can you be so *********** and make such a mistake to charge twice on the same order. I am genuinely in need of that money.I will never trust them with my banking details. The worst customer service ever.
