Charged twice for 1 order

I was charged twice for 1 order when sending them an email they do not even have solutions or way to reverse my money on their side but they keep saying only 1 amount reflects on their system. I even sent a screen shot of the debit from my account. It best we just take taxify and go buy our Meals because this is an inconvenience ?
