charged Twice

I was charged twice on the 29th of April , I pay your driver R28.70 and the same amount was debit from my account. yesterday I reported this to you and I was told a story of " authorization hold with banks " when I called Nedbank they told me money was banked by Uber eats on the 30th. I'm so disappointed I didn't expect this from Uber eats. why Charge me twice and refuse to held be accountable?
